Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
These four things matter together, not in isolation — certification, speed, honest pricing, and the right equipment are what actually change the outcome of a water extraction call.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
Every extraction job closes with moisture readings, not a visual guess at dryness.
Crews staged near Covina mean less drive time between your call and equipment on-site.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Laminate and engineered flooring get a gentler extraction approach to avoid further delamination.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
You call +1-844-578-1604 and a live dispatcher takes the details of your Water Extraction need, not a voicemail system.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
A technician assesses the scope on-site and provides a written flat-rate quote before any work begins.
We stand behind the result with a documented sign-off, not just a verbal assurance.
"The moisture meter readings gave me confidence the job was actually done right."
Grace T., Covina"They tested the pad separately from the carpet, which I didn't expect but appreciated."
Nathaniel W., Covina"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Covina"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."
Corinne W., Covina"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., CovinaThese are the questions we hear most often about water extraction, gathered from real calls, not a generic template list.
Aqua Guard Water Damage dispatches water extraction crews throughout Covina and the surrounding zip codes, including 91724 91722 91723.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Covina address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
